ABOUT LODENDORF

As with any brewery the start up is as small as it can get, the brew master in the beginning found his love for brewing after he received a brewing starter kit as a gift. Afterwards the brewing started and he soon found his love for the traditional Belgian style beers. The process of sourcing the grains, hops and research into the best suite yeast cultures to use became a passion. He finally tweaked all the recipes of beer he loved to be as perfect to the taste envisaged as possible.

Lodendorf brauhaus aims to expose the public to the elegance and quality of traditional abbey style beers. giving the public a rare glimpse into the world of the monks how brewed these ales ages ago. The beer that is readily brewed at the brewery is the flagship ale called "Goed Genoeg" followed by the "BoerBoel", "Blonde" & "Uitkyk IPA". Seasonal beers/ales will be made available if it passes the quality bar - if it is good enough to fight out a spot in the line up it might just be available through the year if possible.
